NZXT H7 Flow RGB PC Case Review

A Closer Look – Exterior

First look, this is unmistakably an NZXT H-series case, as it still has that crisp and clean design DNA that has made the series so popular. However, there are some notable differences that really stand out. Firstly, airflow, there’s a full mesh front panel compared to the H7-Elite which has a tempered glass front panel, so obviously a big difference there.

There’s also a newly designed bottom edge, with a larger gap below the left side glass panel, allowing much more airflow to the redesigned bottom fan and radiator mounts; more on those later. Obviously, there’s also a huge tempered glass window, and with the new PSU shroud design, you have an even better view of the case interior than ever before.

On the right side, There’s ventilation towards the rear, ensuring the PSU mount in the bottom, as well as the storage mounts above it get all the airflow they require.

There’s more ventilation running the full length of the top panel.

And best of all on this case, a full-length cooler mount in the bottom of the case, with all intakes having their own dust filtering too, ensuring your case stays as clean as possible.

At the back, you can see they’ve made some interesting changes, with the ATX PSU mount rotated on to its side, allowing for a PSU shroud that doesn’t run the full width of the case, meaning they can have more cooling mounts in the bottom of the case for increased airflow. There’s also room for a 120/140mm fan in the top rear of the case.
