DOKO is a PC streaming device that connects to your network and allows you to easily use your PC in the comfort of your living room. Run office software, stream limitless media content and play PC exclusive titles – or in other words, do anything and everything your PC can do, anywhere in your home.
Most current PC streaming technologies come with limitations due to pre-defined settings and you’re limited to pre-set media channels, file formats, limited applications and proprietary technologies. The DOKO is using a Gigabit Ethernet connection to offer 50-80ms low latency 1080p 30fps streaming with unparalleled compatibility. It also has four USB ports with USBoverIP technology so plugging in a USB device to the DOKO is like plugging it into the PC.
DOKO sounds like it could give the perfect multimedia experience with no need for another HTPC or media device. If your PC can do it, so can DOKO. It is available now for $99.99 plus shipping at the NZXT Armory Store.
NZXT is also hosting a little giveaway to celebrate the launch, but it’s ending soon. All you have to do to participate is to like a couple Facebook pages and follow a couple Twitter feeds and you’re in it to win one of three DOKO PC Streaming Devices.
In case you’re hooked for more information, we will be having a review ready for you soon.
