NZXT Launches New Kraken AiO Cooler Evolution

NZXT announced their latest evolution in the renowned Kraken series of All-in-One liquid coolers and it features the most advanced controls of included in an all-in-one liquid cooler. NZXT have been busy and built everything to deliver the best cooling performance with the new Kraken X52 and the upgraded Kraken X42 and Kraken X62.

“The launch of the Kraken X52 allows us to provide optimal cooling performance to builders in a 240mm form factor,” says Johnny Hou, NZXT’s founder and CEO. “With the all-new Kraken series, we’ve improved upon the previous generation in many ways. Incorporating HUE+ lighting and NZXT’s new digital control interface allows unprecedented customization to be delivered. The pump has been redesigned to bring quieter operations with improved performance.”

Silence is key for people that purchase an AIO solution and the new Kraken series feature a redesigned and quieter pump which allows you to embrace the silence – assuming the rest of your hardware is as silent as the Kraken. The fans are new too and these Aer P Fans are built for silence and performance alike. The tubing has been reinforced with Nylon for enhanced protection.

Everything can be controlled through the CAM software, from the pump to the fan speed. Since RGB is in at the moment, it’s naturally also in the new Kraken – but it’s one of the cool places to have RGB lighting. The Advanced RGB lighting effects can be used to gain information on temperature and states and they’re fun to look at too.

All of that is backed by an impressive 6-year warranty and will be available around mid-November. The MSRPs for the new NZXT Kraken X42 140mm cooler, X52 240mm cooler, and X62 280mm cooler are set to £109.99, £129.99, and £139.99 respectively.
