NZXT Z370
CES 2018 is full of surprises, but few are bigger than the news that NZXT is moving into the world of motherboards. While they’re not entirely responsible for its creation, this is still an interesting move and one we didn’t see coming. They teamed up with ECS to create and design a unique motherboard, that truly resembles what we’ve come to expect from high-end NZXT products. It’ll be available in both black or white. However, while it’s a fairly normal looking motherboard underneath, it comes with a series of metal shrouds that clad the motherboard for a cleaner look. What’s great, is that you could easily remove and respray these components to suit your needs.
Fans and More
One of the coolest features though has to be the seven fan headers. With so many, you can easily popular most ATX chassis with fans and water cooling gear and easily hook everything through the motherboard. With NZXT rocking their CAM software, and a comprehensive range of cooling products themselves, this makes sense. Of course, their RGB game is on too, with lighting headers ensuring you can hook up HUE lighting kits with ease.
Speaking of CAM, their new GRID+V3 fan hub has just been released too, allowing you to easily expand your fan setup, configuration, and customisation options. It’ll allow zero RPM operation, smart monitoring, PWM and voltage control, etc.
Prices
The new motherboard should be hitting the market any time now, with an MSRP of around $300. Unfortunately, I missed the price of the V3, but that should be pretty similar to previous models.
