Oculus has now lowered the price of the Rift + Touch bundle down to $399 permanently. This low price was initially the same price as their limited Summer of Rift sale which was extended. Then Oculus lowered the price to $499 “permanently” three months ago after the promotion ended. The new $399 normal price is closer to what most people are willing to pay to get into VR so this should be good news for both consumers and the company.
Aside from getting the VR headset itself and two tracking sensors, as well as a pair of controllers, this bundle includes several VR titles. Which are Quill, Robo Recall, and Medium. Quill is a VR illustration tool for artist, Robo Recall is a first-person shooter game from EPIC and Medium is a sculpting/painting VR app.
