OCZ Agility 3 240GB Solid State Drive Review

A Closer LookThe casing on the Agility 3 is certainly unique with a black shell and bright green sticker taking up the majority of the front. A big hype about the design was floating around the web a couple of months back but it seems that OCZ have rectified all issues in regards to this drive and Lenovo notebooks.
The rear of the drive includes a brushed metal surface with relevant stickers upon it. Four mounting screws are present depending on how you mount the drive.
The other way of mounting the drive is through use of the side mounting points of which two are present and now due to the improved casing are evenly spaced out.
The SATA data and power connectors are located in their usual respective locations.
Tearing the drive apart gives us a closer look at what makes it tick. As we know, the heart of it is the SandForce SF-2281 controller.
There are sixteen (eight on each side) OCZ branded async flash memory chips totalling 240GB.
