Looking at the random read traces recording within AIDA64, we can first see some promising signs of a good increase in performance from the drive as it becomes more conditioned. Also looking at the screenshots above we do also note that the variance in random read speed is very wide and whilst the gap between the maximum and minimum speed recorded is less, the difference is still around 100MB/s.
