The long wait is finally over for PC gamers, as the legendary Oddworld series returns to our screens. The latest game in the series is Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, which has been built from the ground up to make this more than your average HD makeover. The game now features gorgeous graphics, enhanced audio, loads of gameplay improvements and a whole lot more; this is the Oddworld 1997 as it would be if it were launched today… which it is!
The game will be taking advantage of the post-launch improvements and tweaks made to the PlayStation 4 version, including the fan-requested ‘old school’ control settings, feature the same celebrated QuikSave and QuikLoad functions and of course offer a full rack of achievements and online leaderboards for speedrunners, and cloud saves on Steam.
The game is available on Steam right now and will set you back a modest £15 / $20 / 20EUR.
