Here Are the Official PC Requirements for FIFA 18

FIFA 18 PC requirements revealed

FIFA is one of those games that I can see myself playing in 2030. The latest iteration of the game, namely FIFA 18, has just received a complete list of PC requirements. If we look at previous titles, the game is not exactly the most demanding in the world. For this new version, the minimum specs include an Intel Core i3-2100 or an AMD Phenom II X4 965 CPU. The graphics card should be a NVIDIA GTX 460 or an AMD Radeon R7 260. The recommended specs include a NVIDIA GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R9 270 complemented by an Intel i5-3550K  or AMD FX 8150.

Interestingly, the game will need at least 8GB of RAM in order to work properly. That’s pretty much the norm nowadays anyway. Powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine, FIFA 18 will support DirectX 12. However, the requirements will also be a bit higher when using this API.

DirectX12 Requirements

At minimum in DX12, EA Sports suggests an Intel i3 6300T or an AMD Athlon X4 870K. CPUs with similar benchmark scores include the Intel i3 4340 and the AMD FX-4350. You could get by with a GTX 660 or R9 270, but you should consider upgrading to a GTX 670 or AMD Radeon R9 270X for the best experience. The latest FIFA title will take up about 50GB of your hard-disk space, and it will launch officially on September 29th. EA will also release a PC demo via Origin in mid-September.
