Official PC Requirements Revealed For Battlefield V

With the Battlefield V release date shortly approaching, you might be wondering how your system is going to cope with it. Particularly those of you who have made the upgrade to the Nvidia RTX technology from the 20XX range of graphics cards. Well, a report via DSOGaming, we finally have our answer.

For those of you with DXR compatible graphics cards, well… let’s hope the rest of your system is pretty decent too!

BATTLEFIELD V MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1050 / NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
  • Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ RX 560 / HD 7850 2GB
  • DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
  • Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection

  • DirectX: 11.1 Compatible video card or equivalent
  • Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10 October 2018 Update (1809)
  • Processor (AMD): AMD Ryzen 7 2700

  • Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® RTX 2070
  • DirectX: DirectX Raytracing Compatible video card
  • Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
  • Available Disk Space: 50GB

What Do We Think?

Well, aside from needing a 2070+ GPU you might be surprised at how good a system you need in other areas to cope with it. With an i7 8700 or Ryzen 2700 isn’t exactly lightning fast or cutting edge, they are certainly in the upper areas of CPU performance.
