OnLogic Launches Helix 511 Fanless Industrial Mini PC

OnLogic has released its new Helix 511 Edge Computer designed for use in manufacturing, automation, energy management and other edge and IoT applications.

The Onlogic Helix 511 Industrial Mini-PC features a fanless design making it ideal for industrial environments thanks to no moving parts. The PC can be configured with a range of Intel 12th Gen processors from Celeron all the way to i7 and can be paired up with up to 64GB of DDR5. The system can also be configured for Windows, Ubuntu Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems. The system features plenty of ports to suit specific needs in industrial environments including a pair of ThunderBolt 4 ports and up to four simultaneous serial port connections for communication with legacy devices. The Helix 511 can also be configured with onboard Digital Input/Output (DIO) to provide programmable signalling and control as well as an integrated cellular modem.
Tested and Certified
The Helix 511 has been tested and certified to meet a wide range of industry standards, including FCC, CE, UKCA, CB, cULus, VCCI, and RCM. It has also undergone a range of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, including medical compliance with electrostatic discharge protection up to 15,000 volts (IEC 60601-1-2) and maritime emissions and immunity requirements (EN 60945). The system is able to reliably operate in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50°C, can accept power input ranging from 12 to 24 Volts, and is Wall, VESA and DIN rail mountable.
