CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Read
The Samsung 850 Evo is one of the most popular SATA SSDs available today and gained a reputation for consistently attaining good performance. As you can see, the boot drive manage a very good read rate although it’s destroyed by two premium NVMe drives which come with a hefty premium. On another note, the mechanical hard drive posted good numbers while the USB 3.0 performance is tantalizingly close to being the best we’ve seen.
CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Write
When it comes to write speeds, the system’s boot SSD records exceptional performance for an SATA drive and easily surpasses the only other system using this interface. The secondary hard drive also fared rather well and the USB 3.0 rate remained strong.
