In terms of CPU performance, the i7-6700K with a mild overclocked frequency of 4.5GHz is extremely powerful and exhibits a noticeable boost compared to the last generation i7-4790K.

The system’s processor also features a quick single threaded compute time, although it’s not the best i7-6700K on record. However, the top results remain within a fairly small margin and showcase the excellent abilities in synthetic scenarios with heavy CPU utilization.
AIDA64 Engineer
As you might expect, the 16GB DDR4 2400MHz dual channel configuration is a potent combination with the i7-6700K and posts impressive bandwidth numbers. Even though the performance would be improved via faster memory DIMMs, it’s not going to have a significant impact in games or mainstream applications.
