Price
The headset is pretty new, so we couldn’t find exactly retailer pricing at the time of writing, I’ve been told they could be around £45, but with only eBay stores stocking them at the moment, they’re listed at £52. Either way, if you can find them for £50 or less, I think these are exceptional value for money and a perfectly viable alternative for larger over-the-ear headphones.
Overview
Ozone has really knocked it out of the park today, their new Ozone TriFX In-Ear Pro Gaming headset absolutely lives up to their name, delivering professional quality audio that is well suited to anything you throw at them. The sound quality is stunning, with a really broad dynamic range, detailed bass response, warm mids and crystal clear high. The fact that you can tweak the performance to your liking is even better too, although it didn’t give as much change as I was expecting, it is noticeable.
The build quality is second to none, and Ozone has chosen their components wisely. The aluminium housing is sure to last many years and helps keep the weight down while also providing a boost to the overall aesthetics. The cable is quite thick and wide, making is extra durable, but the flat design means it’s tangle free and still surprisingly lightweight. Add to this the interchangeable EQ sections, a good quality microphone, Y-slitter cable, extra ear buds, a good performing in-line microphone, as well as a protective carry case, and it’s clear that you’re getting quality and value for your money here.
The value for money is expanded further by the multi-format support. Since they use a fairly universal 4-pole 3.5mm jack, you can hook this headset up to your Xbox One, PlayStation 4, portable gaming devices, mobile phone, tablet, mp3 player, desktop computer and so much more, meaning you only need one headset, no matter where you’re gaming, listening to music and more, making them a great choice for use at home and on the go.

Cons
- Limited retail availability, but this will improve soon enough
Small size no longer means small performance, as the Ozone TriFX in-ear headset brings a big sound and big quality at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended to anyone looking to take their audio anywhere they go without sacrificing performance.
