Antec announced a new PC case which is said to be a balance between price and the features it withholds. The Antec P100 has room for up to ATX size motherboards and graphics cards up to 317 mm in length. The case can also house up to two optical drives as well as seven 2.5″ / 3.5″ drives.
The case has been built for silence, which is a key characteristic of the Performance One series. This is made possible by making high-density side panels without any openings, as well as a front door with foam padding inside, which can open up to 270 degrees. The case comes with two 120 mm fans pre-installed and also offer 3 more slots to fill up. Included as well are dust filters for the front intake and PSU intake ventilation holes.
The front side has a standard pair of USB 2.0 ports, USB 3.0 ports and HD audio connectivity on the I/O panel. There is no word just yet in terms of pricing, but given the feature set, a price range of below $100 / €74 / £62 should be expected.
