Palit Announces GTX 1070 Ti Dual and JetStream Video Cards

With the launch of NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, PALIT is introducing two different models bearing the new GPU. The Palit GTX 1070 Ti Dual and GTX 1070 Ti JetStream provides gamers with custom cooling and quieter performance over regular models. Both run at 1607MHz base with 1683MHz boost out-of-the-box, but are overclockable with the Palit ThunderMaster utility.
Palit GTX 1070 Ti Dual Features
As the name suggests, the GTX 1070 Ti Dual features dual fans. They are large at 90cm so it can run at a lower RPM while cooling better than a smaller, higher-RPM fan. This means it also runs much more quietly. To keep the temperatures easily manageable, the rear IO also has full honeycomb openings. This allows the hot air to eject faster.
Palit GTX 1070 Ti JetStream
The GTX 1070 Ti JetStream is the higher end version. It has a dual-BIOS option so enthusiasts can easily recover from overclocks. The JetStream also uses the same high-airflow honeycomb rear IO design, but the fans are larger at 10cm. These fanblades are also different, utilizing a wavy looking “TurboFan” blade design. Since it is the high-end model, the VRM is custom too with an 8-phase design (the reference uses a 6-phase design).
