When it comes to gaming, performance is everything, and clearly the RTX 2080 is no slouch. At 1080p, it sits almost identical to that of the GTX 1080 Ti. However, once we bump up to 4K, the RTX 2080 edges a lead over the 1080 Ti; no doubt thanks to its improved memory performance.

Rise of the Tomb Raider

The same is true for Tomb Raider, with the RTX just behind the GTX 1080 Ti at 1080p. However, at 4K the cards performed almost identically with just 0.1 FPS difference between the two.
