Patriot Unveils Viper Series LED Gaming Mousepad

Patriot’s Viper series receives a new member.

What we have here is Patriot’s newest gaming offering, namely a gaming mouse pad with LED elements. The Viper LED Gaming Mouse Pad comes with advanced polymer gaming surface, while the LEDs act as a decorative element. The pad can compliment pretty much any high-end mouse on the market, especially since it was designed with accuracy in mind. Nowadays, we all know how important accuracy is for competitive FPS and MOBA gaming. In addition, Patriot says that the pad’s scratch-free, sleek surface is able to improve mouse controlling performance without sacrificing speed. The Viper series LED mouse pad comes right after the V570 Blackout edition gaming mouse, and it offers six different LED color settings.

Customization and material quality.

The LED lighting effects are customizable via a control switch located on the USB power cord. As far as grip goes, Patriot implemented a high-grip rubber backing that minimizes slipping. Interestingly, the mouse pad’s size is compliant with the scale of current wide-screen monitors for a plus of flexibility and convenience. When it comes to pricing, this product will set you back USD $59.99. Is the price justified or not? Probably, given the LED backlighting. However, you can make up your own mind by having a look at this complete list of features.
