Patriot Viper Reveal New Peripherals at CES 2018

Patriot Viper

We were pretty impressed when Patriot took a side step from the memory business and released some peripherals a few years ago. However, with each itteration, they’ve been getting better and better, and now they have their new V5 and V7 Series!

Viper V7 Series Keyboard

STraight away, their new keyboard is a nice evolution of their previous model. It offers up a 104 key full RGB Kailh Red switch layouy. You’ll also find full spectrum RGB LED lighting, with per key effects. Everything is fully programmable too, allowing for complex macros, over five built-in profiles. Dedicated multimedia keys and volume controls are included too. However, my two favourite features are the aluminium chassis design, and magnetic mounting RGB lit wrist rest; that’s a nice touch!

Viper V5 Series

Their new gaming mouse offers up a 5000 DPI optical sensor, so it should run pretty smooth. It looks like their older model, albeit with a few tweaks to the overall design. It comes with full RGB lighting, five profiles, seven programmable buttons, zero delay tech, macros, and it looks cool too.

Everything Else

Annoyingly, I missed the name of these two, but what’s not to love aqbout a matching LED lit keyboard and mouse mat with that silver chassis design!

Finally, they have their wireless mouse with recharging mouse mat. It uses Qi charging tech, and can fast charge on the side spot for those who need to quickly boost the power. It looks neat and tidy, and we’re happy to see more brands embracing wireless at CES 2018.
