We’ve been continuously impressed with the range of Patriot Viper gaming peripherals this last couple of years. They hit the market with a unique design, competitive features, great build quality, and the most competitive prices we’ve seen in ages. It looks like that trend is set to continue too! Notice the rollup mouse mat with edge RGB lighting? We’ve seen a few of these this week, but this is one of the larger models. It’s said to be one of the most affordable too, which also featuring a built-in RGB controller.
In the next few months, you can expect the V550 and the V551 gaming mice to hit the market. The first is ambidextrous and features the PixArt 3325 sensor for great gaming performance. It’ll run up to 5000 DPI native, or 10K boosted.
My favourite is the V551, however. With the PixArt 3327 sensor, it’ll run at 6200 DPI (12K boosted). It features seven programmable buttons, rubber side grips, and both mice have plenty of RGB too.
Unfortunately, we missed the pricing information. However, given their track record, expect them to undercut the competition yet again. We can’t wait to get them in for review!
