PC Requirements for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Revealed

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is a highly anticipated open world tactical shooter video game that was developed by Ubisoft Paris. The title is set to be released on March 7, 2017 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, and it is based on the AnvilNext engine. Courtesy of NVIDIA, we now know exactly what kind of PC we’re going to need to run this game properly, and at least on the minimum end of things, it looks like Wildlands will not be extremely demanding. That’s because an NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 paired with a modern-day quad-core CPU will likely cut it, not to mention that the RAM requirements are only 6GB.
However, moving on to the recommended specs, things are completely different. You’ll need a GTX 1070 or at least a 970 in order to enjoy the game at its finest, while the CPU should be an Intel Core i7- 3770 running at 3.5 GHz or an AMD FX-8350 at 4 GHz. It’s worth noting that NVIDIA has not revealed any resolution or framerate targets for these requirements, but we do hope that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will be a well-optimized title, as it definitely shows a lot of promise. You can have a look at the complete list of requirements below.
