Perceptive Pixel unveiled a a giant!

Perceptive Pixel is present at this year’s SIGGRAPH, and you can’t miss them. This American company has just presented an 82 inch, multi-touch, 120Hz LCD…you heard me right, I said 82 INCH!

While it is fairly large, believe it or not, it isn’t the largest, Perceptive Pixel makes an 88 inch DLP model as well.

This colossal screen is capable of 1080p, and it only gets better with its 120Hz of refresh rate and it’s multi-touch response time of 1ms.

Obviously this might not be the type of screen you’ll find a place for in your living room. This screen is more centered for businesses, the touch screen already being a useful tool for interaction, the multi-touch it offers will only had to its utility.

No release date has been given by Perceptive Pixel, but what we’re more concerned about is how much will it cost?
