Phanteks Launches New Revolt PSU Series

Phanteks has today launched the new Revolt PSU series offering a range of capacities from 1000W to 1600W with either 80 Plus Platinum or 80 Plus Titanium certifications.

Phanteks Revolt Series

The new Phanteks Revolt series are ATX 3.0 power supplies which are designed with customizability in mind as they do not come with any cables. These new power supplies are fully compatible with Cablemod and allow you to select your required cables in the colours which complement your system allowing you to negate waste on unused cables. Now considering Phanteks is often aimed at custom builders, this makes a lot more sense as they are more likely to purchase their own cables rather than use the included ones.

Performance

These new Power Supplies are supported by Intel ATX 3.0 making it capable of handling the latest hardware with native 12VHPWR connectivity and fully capable of enduring high power spikes of up to 235% of the rated power without damage. Additionally, these PSUs are designed to be extremely efficient with an efficiency of 94% and offering 80 Plus Platinum or above ratings. All of the hardware is cooled by a 135mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan which offers whisper-quiet performance and absolute silence with its hybrid fan control.

Revolt Starter and Complete Cable Kits

Alongside these PSUs is the launch of the Revolt Starter and Complete Cable Kits which feature 16AWG copper wire, highly flexible soft woven sleeving and multiple aluminium cable combs. The starter kit comes with one 24-pin motherboard cable, two 8-pin CPU cables, one 12VHPWR PCIe Gen5 cable, two standard SATA cables and two SATA/Molex cables in both black and white. The complete kit features one 24-pin motherboard cable, two 8-pin CPU cables, seven 8-pin PCIe cables, two 12VHPWR PCIe Gen5 cables, three standard SATA cables and three SATA/Molex cables.

Price and Availability

The Phanteks Revolt series are available in 1000W, 1200W and 1600W in both black and white at the following prices:
