A Closer Look
Firstly, we have to say, hats off to Phanteks for designing such attractive and elegant fans. Every single colour is vibrant, bright and welcoming. These fans really will compliment any case and look brilliant when on display.
The contrast between the coloured blades and white fan frame (with the exception of the all white fan) make these fans some of the most aesthetically pleasing on the market. There isn’t any need for LED lit fans when you have such beautifully coloured blades on display.
The rear of the fans use a three-armed design with gaps in each allowing the maximum amount of air to travel through the fan with minimal airflow resistance hence eliminating additional noise output.
The Phanteks logo takes centre stage at the rear of the fan with a bright and reflective silver sticker housing their brand name, website address, fan model number, operating voltage and current.
Each of the 9 coloured blades use a Maelström Vortex Booster design which should help to reduce noise levels.
A bold and meaningful Phanteks logo is moulded into the side of the fan’s frame. This has an extra task of acting as additional advertising and allowing you to show that your fans are Phanteks designed.
A 400mm white braided cable concluding as a 3 pin fan header acts as the fan’s connection. The high quality white braiding is a bold step away from the norm of black braiding, but it is a move which seems to have worked well as the braiding is very easy on the eyes, complimenting the also white fan frame.
