Display Analysis
The colour accuracy is good, so long as you set some expectations. It hits 100% of sRGB, which means it’s colour accurate for SDR content, desktop, gaming and movies will all look great. However, if you’re a photo or video editor, the extended pallet doesn’t really have much to offer.
The gamma has multiple settings on the OSD, but honestly, it hits the mark right out of the box, landing a near-perfect 2.2 gamma.
A good result here too, with a smooth and very minimal deviance in the grey ramp.
Colour accuracy is very good, keeping in mind it’s staying within sRGB here, rather than pushing the limits of Adobe or DCI-P3 colour spaces. This is basically a pretty standard monitor in terms of SDR performance, but it does it really well, so it’s great for day-to-day usage.
