Philips TAG5106 Wireless Gaming Headset Review

Packaging

One thing I like about this headset is the box, it’s a really nice design and feels very durable. It’s also classic Philips themed, so if you have anything from an electric tooth brush to a Hue bulb, the box has the same layout and colours.

All the main details are well presented too, so it’s easy to check the big features.

The glossy cover slips off, and inside, you find a reinforced black box.

It’s two-layer cardboard, with a cardboard insert, and a soft bag over the headset its self. In other words, the headset is extremely well protected.

In the bottom, you’ll find the microphone and cables snugged away.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
