Philips Unveils New Curved VA IPS Evnia 27M2C5501 and 32M2C5501

Philips Monitors has announced two new additions to its Evnia gaming monitor series: the 27-inch 27M2C5501 and the 31.5-inch 32M2C5501. These curved monitors boast Quad HD Fast VA IPS panels, a 180Hz refresh rate, and a 0.5ms MPRT response time, promising immersive and smooth gameplay experiences for gamers.

Speed and precision for competitive gamers

The Philips Evnia 27M2C5501 and 32M2C5501 offer gaming enthusiasts all the features they need to get the most out of even the most intense, competitive games. The curved Fast VA panel matches beautifully with these monitors’ 180 Hz refresh rate, low input lag, Adaptive-Sync and a fast response time of 0.5 ms MPRT with Smart MBR, which together ensure that players enjoy swift, precise, seamless movements that appear immediately on-screen without any tearing, smearing, or blurring. With these features, nothing stands in the way of pure enjoyment.

Smooth images, and AI-enhanced visual firepower

The Philips Evnia 27M2C5501 and 32M2C5501 deliver a visual performance as beautiful as it is smooth and swift. High Dynamic Range ensures stunning brightness, ideal contrast, and rich, deep colour for an overall captivating experience. The crystal-clear Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution features a high-density pixel count that makes images convincingly lifelike, giving the best balance in terms of GPU performance and image quality.

This visual firepower goes beyond the material limits of the display: AI-enhanced Ambiglow lighting, Philips’ RGB lighting that can direct colours to follow video content to reflect the user experience, now offers an intensified entertainment and immersion in each and every scene.

Comfort and ergonomics for extended sessions

And because no gaming or working experience would be enjoyable without physical comfort as well, the Philips Evnia 27M2C5501 and 32M2C5501 are both equipped with a host of ergonomic and well-being features to ensure the most pleasant overall experience possible. Both models feature LowBlue Mode, Flicker-Free and an anti-glare coating to reduce eye strain, while the height-adjustable stand allows users to find the perfect position with options to tilt and swivel.

Pricing and availability

These two new models in the Evnia 5000 line are a real treat for fans of the latest action games, with no reason to choose between speed, smoothness, and visual performance. The Philips Evnia 27M2C5501 monitor is already available for purchase at an MSRP of £219.99 and 32M2C5501 monitor is also already available for purchase at an MSRP of £259.99.
