The front of the G-Silent 12 Slim Edition continues Phobya’s “Fear It” slogan and aggressive packaging design.
On the back we can see this fan is rated for a maximum airflow of 57 CFM and a maximum noise of 26.5 dBA.
Included in the package is just the fan and four silver screws. The cable is fully sleeved all the way to the motor. The included screws are pretty low quality so be careful as your screwdriver might chew up the threads rendering them difficult to get in to the fan frame or difficult to take out.
The design is very plain and simple. To me these have a striking resemblance to the Gelid Slim 12 fans. Maybe Gelid make these fans for Phobya or both Gelid and Phobya use the same OEM supplier.
On the back you can see the cable is fully sleeved right into the motor which is always great to see as it gives a real quality aesthetic in my opinion.
The G-Silent 12 Slim Edition fan from Phobya is just 15mm thick so is ideal for fitting into small spaces and may allow you to run push-pull in places where other fans won’t.
