Playing around with the PlexTurbo software was not only a lot of fun but also showed some impressive figures. This is of course not a feature that will help in every situation, as shown in the the results below. But it is something that will help in many, if not most, situations. Having this drive and not using the function would be silly, especial considering the amount of performance gain you can get.
We go well beyond the normal limitation of the SATA3 bus with speeds all the way up to and above 4000 MB/s. The relevant figures we compare with would be around the 2000MB/s mark for both reading and writing. These are some impressive figures.
