Package and Accessories
The Plugable USB-C Mini Docking Station doesn’t come in the most flashy of packages, but it’s well made. It features a glossy full-colour print with all the information you’ll want.
The front shows the device itself from both the front and rear. Right from the start, you know what you’re getting.
The rear side has the full specification and port list along with the feature highlights. You also find a support phone number and product links here.
Each of the two sides also has a little information. On the one side, you find the package content list.
The other side has a list of system requirements.
Once you open up the box, you see the docking station. It’s well packed inside a colourful wrap.
All the accessories are located below the docking station.
Inside the box, you’ll find a quick start guide and support notice along with the VESA mounting kit.
The power adapter might seem quite large, but there’s a reason for that. The Plugable USB-C Mini Docking Station supports power delivery to your laptop and naturally, the power supply here has to be able to deliver enough. You get at least one power cable included, sometimes more. This depends on the region you purchased it in and there will at least be one fitting that area. I got an EU and a UK version which usually is the case in Europe.
There’s also a Type-C to Type-C USB cable included for the connection to your laptop.
