NVIDIA graphics cards appear to have a clear disadvantage in DirectX 12 titles and this is especially the case with lower-end offerings. Here we can see the GPU reports an average of 22 frames-per-second and lingers behind the R9 380. However, you should be able to maintain a better frame-rate with a less ambitious graphical preset.
Increasing the resolution to 2560×1440 only has a slight effect on the average frame-rate which is somewhat surprising. Nevertheless, the GPU hovers around the 20 frames-per-second mark and just edged the ASUS STRIX GTX 960.
The GTX 960 isn’t geared towards 4K gaming which is reflected in the unplayable frame-rates displayed below.
