Powercolor GPUs On Show at CES 2018

Powercolor GPUs
It’s a tough time of year for AMD GPU focused brands, as there’s not really anything new to show. We know brands are working on upcoming products, but of course, they’re not allowed to show them. However, we’re big fans of Powercolor and stopped by their suite to discuss their current and upcoming products.
As expected, they’ve got their latest and greatest Devil series of cards on display. I love their completely bonkers designs, and while admittedly they’re also a bit garish, they’re also unique and immediately recognisable as Powercolor. Their range also includes their monster sized VEGA 64 solution. There were some rumours of a water-cooled one, but we’ll have to wait and see if that comes to market.
One thing that did look great, is their new Gaming Station. If you’re limited by the gaming performance of an Ultrabook or SFF type system, they’re a great solution. Based on AMD Xconnect, you can hook up a GPU to the Gaming Stations built-in PSU, then to your system via USB Type-C to significantly boost gaming and rendering performance.
What do you think of Powercolor cards? Would you be interested in seeing a water-cooled version?
