Metro 2033 is a first-person shooter game based in the Russian metro system. Metro 2033 is very similar to the much loved game STALKER as it is developed by the same programmers. The game utilises DirectX 11 and relies heavily on tessellation features and is considered to be one of the most graphics intense games on the market.
Metro is an extreme game, with extreme power needed to run, especially at maximum settings, yet the 6770 still managed to cope and with lower quality settings, it can be played at an achievable frame-rate.
Great review. Seems very decent for an HTPC, but it’s true that for a little more you could go for a 6850.
not from where i am, i have to stretch like 40% of my budget to get to a 6850 from a 6770 -__- guess i'll decide later or scout other shops to get a better deal, but this is a decent card, ive read a lot of reviews about 6770 cards and theyre pretty great m/
