PowerColor RedDevil RX590 Graphics Card Review

Power Consumption
This is an older chipset, so it’s no shock that it’s woefully inefficient compared to the latest chipsets. At least, relative to the performance per watt of other cards. It uses more power than the RX580, but again, it’s basically the same card with higher clocks, so that’s to be expected.
Temperatures
The saving grace here, however, is that truly massive cooler. It keeps the RX590 electric burning chipset at a breezy 65C at full load, which is damn impressive.
Acoustics
As you might expect, those low temperatures also mean pretty good noise levels. Under 50c, the card runs completely silent and even at full load it’s only 1 dBa louder than the RX580.
