PowerColor Reveals Its Radeon R9 380X MYST Edition

The PowerColor PCS+ R9 380X Myst. Edition is one of the latest cards released by the TUL Corporation, which is known for manufacturing reliable and powerful AMD graphics cards since 1997. Boasting no less than 4GB of GDDR5 memory, this powerful graphics card is based on AMD’s newest GCN architecture, and apart from offering incredibly high frames-per-second in modern games, it also supports some of the most impressive AMD technologies available at the moment, including Liquid VR, FreeSync and Virtual Super Resolution.

Reports suggest that the PowerColor PCS+ R9 380X Myst. Edition 4GB GDDR5 includes 2048 stream processors and boasts an operating frequency of 1475MHz. Its core clock speed sits at 1020MHz while the memory benefits from a 256-bit wide bus. Due to its 4+1+1+1 multi-phases board design, this card can be overclocked easily and with great efficiency, but I should also mention the PowerPAK SO-8 feature that guarantees stable voltage as well as a high peak efficiency of up to  91.8%. As far as cooling goes, we’re looking at 2-ball bearing dual fans measuring in at 90mm, as well as SG-shape nickel-plated heat pipes. The GPU is covered by a pure copper base block that supports optimum heat dissipation, which is a welcomed addition considering the fact that many of you will most likely overclock this thing.
