Packaging & Accessories
The box is a typical size for DDR5 memory, with a nice and colourful image of the modules on the front, showcasing all three available colours; grey, black and white. There are badges for the support RGB controllers, as well as the speeds in the bottom right corner.
Around the back, there’s a little run-down about the warranty, as well as a list of key features, but it’s all pretty standard stuff really. There’s no window to view the DIMMs inside the box though, which is uncommon for a memory box.
They are well packaged though, with a layer of foam, as well as a two-layer moulded plastic tray holding each module separate from the other.
In the lower section of the box, there’s an optional fan, which can be used to provide additional airflow to the memory. For most, this just isn’t needed, but it could be a fun addition for overclockers.
There’s additional foam on the spine of each module too, preventing any of that lovely RGB light bar from getting scuffed up.
The fan is a JD4010m 12v PWM and is just 40mm in size.
