Predator has been delivering some of the best-made, best-looking and best-performing memory on the market, and with today’s review of the blisteringly fast Hermes, I suspect that will still hold true. With speeds of up to 8000 MHz, these new DDR5 memory kits are sure to appeal to the memory speed freaks out there wanting to push their systems harder and faster than ever. While we only have the 6800 MHz version of this kit, it’s still fair to say this is a high-end and fast memory kit, and it’ll be interesting to see what the base level of performance is at 6800 MHz. Of course, there are some benefits of the 6800 MHz kit, as this also comes with the tightest CL32 timings.
Designed with premium ICs, a programmable PMIC, a 10-layer PCB, huge heatsinks for improved cooling, Intel XMP 3.0 support, tight timings, low power usage and colourful RGB, the Hermes is ticking all the right boxes.
