Predator Hermes RGB 8000 MHz DDR5 Memory Review

Calculation Performance

OK so it can’t win them all, but it scores 289 seconds in SuperPi, which is surprising, I thought it would be a bit faster here, but it’s by no means slow either and in the ballpark of the other high-performance kits we’ve tested.

It’s the same in WPrime, and I think this comes down to latency in some ways, as the latency is higher than some on here, but it’s a low latency relative to the 8000 MHz speed, which is why it beat out the other 8000 MHz kit we tested from KLEVV, which has higher latency.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
