QNAP’s QGenie pocket NAS and power bank is an awesome little device and now it just got better with the latest firmware for it, version 3.2.0. It adds File Station Lite and support for FTP servers.
“We are pleased to introduce File Station Lite for QGenie. It provides a simple way for users to upload, download, and share a large number of files to and from their QGenie,” said Hanz Sung, product manager of QNAP, adding “File Station Lite is a great utility for easily managing the files on a QGenie from a web browser, and by adding this new feature we hope that every QGenie user can take full advantage of its file management to enhance their digital life.”
FTP transfers were one of the few things missing from this little device so far, and that has also been added – making it even easier to transfer files to your PCs and other devices.
QGeneie Firmware 3.2.0 can be downloaded from the official support site.
