QPAD, a premium gaming gear company, has announced the release of their latest product, the QPAD OM-75 gaming mouse.
Unlike most companies, QPAD has focused more on the important technologies, leaving the DPI apart, which meant the image processing, sensing pixels, response time, micro control unit, max speed and last but not least the overall performance quality of the sensor. Smart move? Let’s see.
Targeted at the most avid of gamers, this mouse is set to satisfy, featuring QPAD’s award winning five-finger grip for handling and a white piano finish that is easy to clean for style and practicality.
The OM-75 also features a micro control unit to optimize the tracking performance, pre-mounted Glidz on the feets for smoother and faster mouse movement, seven buttons of which five are programmable for shortcuts, keys and macro commands. Apparently, you can even move at a max speed of 1 meter per second without losing data performance. Nice.
The sensor inside the mouse pictures the surface at a mind-blowing 6469 frames per second which translates into a coverage of 30×30 pixels per frame, and in total generates an image processing of 5.8 MB/s. As if it wasn’t enough, you will also be able to adjust the USB polling rate between 125, 250, 500 and 1000 Hz depending on the limit your USB can accept.
The OM-75 is also an easy Plug & Play installation, which means no external drivers and also incorporates an onboard memory so all your programmed profiles don’t need re-programming. As for clicking, you don’t have to worry as it will withstand 5 million clicks, each of them will count thanks to the OM-75’s switch technology that will provide a distinctive feedback.
