A white version of the be quiet! Dark Base Pro 900 was on display at Computex 2017 which attracted plenty of attention. This case was not entirely white, but it retained some parts as black which made it even more appealing. It also came with white LEDs to match and the glass side panel is also clearer than the tint of the original. The good news is that after much demand, be quiet! is finally releasing this to the public.
The white version of the Dark Base Pro 900 is going to be a Limited Edition run. be quiet! will only make 2000 units and each will have an aluminum plate designating the number on the side of the case. This number is a lot higher than some recent limited edition cases such as Deepcool’s Tristellar S (which had 50). This means more people worldwide should have a chance in snagging one in their local store. As long as be quiet! has a distributor in their region that is.
The white edition retains all the lovely features of the original. This includes the swappable layout, Qi charging top, and three SilentWings 3 140mm PWM fans. The white edition is now available for pre-order throughout Europe for £259. It will ship out right before the month ends on September 26.
