be quiet System Power 8 600W PSU Review

A Closer Look – Exterior
The unit is quite simple in terms of design, but still manages to look neat and tidy, with a great paint job and a simple be quiet! logo pressed into the side.
There’s a large vent on the top, with a fan guard for the 120mm intake fan, giving a great amount of airflow for such a compact PSU.
Down the other side, you’ll find the main specifications. As you can see, we’ve got a powerful 12V1 and 12V2 rail setup, giving us up to 48A of power; more than enough for today’s high-end graphics cards.
Around the back, a good amount of ventilation for getting heat out of the unit, as well as a master power switch for when you want to completely power down your system.
Cabling
This is a hard-wired unit, so all the cables come fixed to the PSU. However, what is nice to see is that all of the cables treated with black sleeving, black wrap and black connectors, giving them a clean look that should allow for easy cable management and a clean system build.
All the usual connectors are here, with a good amount of SATA and Molex, as well as four 6+2 PCI cables.
