Radeon RX 7800 XT Red Devil Card Has Been Leaked

Following AMD’s confirmation of enthusiast-class Radeon GPUs coming this quarter it was only so long before we started seeing leaks surrounding these enthusiast-class cards and today is one of those days, courtesy of PowerColor.

PowerColor Mistakenly Reveals RX 7800 XT Red Devil

PowerColor has mistakenly listed their Red Devil RX 7800 XT card before AMD even revealed the card themselves giving us a good idea of what to expect. The product page, which has since been removed, was initially shared by all_the_watts on X (Via VideoCardz) and has provided us with many of the key details surrounding this graphics card. First of all this card uses the Navi 32 GPU with 3840 stream processors and features boost clock speeds of 2520 MHz and 2565 on this Red Devil model. The card is also set to use 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit memory bus with an 18 Gbps clock. A key detail that wasn’t shared was the TDP but we do know that the card uses two 8-pin connectors and PowerColor recommended an 800W power supply.

The Red Devil

For this particular Red Devil card, it features the same striking design as the recently announced RX 7900 GRE and uses a set of 8×6φ heatpipes with a sleek copper plate directly touching the GPU and VRAM. The card also features an 11+3+1+2+1 phase VRM design to ensure it holds high clocks.

This leak is interesting for us consumers but i’d hate to be the person who caused this cockup. PowerColor are sure to face some serious repercussions from AMD for this leak.
