Raijintek Arcadia Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Exterior

The chassis has been treated to a matte black finish on each panel, with matching black plastic trim on the front panel. The left side panel is embossed to add some extra flair and it is held in place by a pair of quick release thumb screws.

The right side panel is the same as the left, with the added bonus that the embossed panel will provide extra cable management space.

The front panel is nicely designed with a slightly glossy mesh finish; the mesh helps provide airflow to the front 120 fan mount.There are two 5.25″ drive bay covers which can be unlocked and removed from the front, below that you’ll find a smaller drive bay cover that is suitable for FDD or similar form factor devices such as card readers.

Around the back are three cable/water routing holes with snap-off covers, below that you’ll find a 120/90mm fan mount with a 120m Raijintek branded fan pre-installed. There are seven expansion slots, the top one is already open, but the bottom six feature snap-off covers.

The top panel has room for a pair of 120mm fans and there are clips in place to mount the 240mm dust filter that was included in the box.

The front panel is equipped with one USB 3.0 and one 2.0 port, HD audio jacks and the usual power control switches.

On the bottom you’ll find four plastic feet that provide good ground clearance for the PSU air intake; where you’ll also notice clips to mount the 120mm dust filter that was included with the chassis. Towards the front of the chassis you’ll find four screw holes, these are perfect for mounting a 2.5″ drive to the base of the chassis’ interior.
