Raijintek Morpheus GPU Cooler Review

Performance
First up we have the stock graphics performance; as I said before, the cooler on this Sapphire R9 270X is one of the best around and you can see that just by taking a look at our idle and load temperatures. It’s worth nothing that these are Delta temperatures and the ambient was recorded at 21c. The stock Sapphire cooler has done a great job, but you can immediately see we got noticeable gains from the Morpheus with the fans at 5v and again at 12v.
The fans were certainly audible at 12v, but still operated at a rate that was lower than that of the stock GPU cooler, the only difference being that I could hear more of a low-end noise from the 120mm fans, opposed to the higher RPM of the stock cooler. It’s also worth pointing out that the Sapphire card is already one of the quietest cards ever used, so any gains here are very impressive and to be honest, the temps we have above mean I would be more than happy to operate the Morpheus at 5v to keep noise down and temperatures would still be better than stock.
