Raijintek Thetis Tempered Glass Aluminium Chassis Review

Introduction

Raijintek is one of the coolest chassis makers out there today. Not only do they offer a great range of stylish and well-made products, but they continue to do so at incredible price points, making them very appealing to many system builders who want great products, but don’t want to pay a fortune for them.

The new Thetis takes what we know and love from their existing product ranges, and gives it some new life with the help of a pair of tempered glass side panel windows, and one of their new O-Type LED fans. What’s most impressive is you get stunning aluminium construction, and all that tempered glass for just £86.99; a lot less than you’ll pay for Phanteks, Lian-Li and more!

“THETIS, RAIJINTEK’s new Aluminum ATX Chassis, is an upgraded version of STYX, with a remarkable elegant appearance and the high compatibility of system components. THETIS is compatible with regular / standard ATX Power supplies, and supports max. 280mm length VGA card, 170mm height CPU coolers as well. One 12025 O-type LED fan pre-installed at the rear side and option of 2×120mm fan (or 240mm radiator) on the top. Entirely black coated inside, aluminum color hair-silk anodized surface, high quality 3.0mm tempered glass side panels. THETIS satisfies not only your request of design and elegance, but also gives you freedom and the joy of installing a performing case.” – Raijintek

Built from 1.5mm thick aluminium, and finished off with 3mm thick tinted tempered glass, the Thetis Window comes equipped with support for an ATX motherboard (inverted), ann ATX PSU, graphics cards of up to 280mm, a 240mm radiator, and room for four hard drives. While that doesn’t sound too crazy, keep in mind this chassis is just 210 x 360 x 366mm in size, making it small enough to keep up on top of your desk.
