Rainbow Six Siege Introduces R6 Membership with Monthly Rewards

Ubisoft has announced the launch of an R6 Membership for Rainbow Six Siege, bringing exclusive content and rewards to its players. Starting June 11, players can subscribe for a monthly fee to receive unique in-game items and benefits.

Monthly Rewards and Exclusive Items

The R6 Membership offers a variety of rewards each month. Subscribers will receive a time-limited Legendary item, an Epic operator bundle, full access to the premium Battle Pass, 10 Battle levels, and a Bravo pack, totaling over 4500 credits in value. The first reward drop begins on June 28.

Early Adopter Bonus

Players who enroll between June 11 and June 18 will receive a special early adopter bonus, including an additional Ash epic bundle and 600 credits. This bonus is a thank you to those who join early and show their support for the new membership program.

Reward Delivery Schedule

  • Upon enrolling you get: Instant Battle Pass access, 10 Battle levels, and 1 Bravo pack
  • Then get a new cosmetic drop containing 1 Legendary item and 1 Epic bundle on the 28th of each month (first drop begins June 28th)
  • On your monthly renewal date, you’ll receive another 10 Battle levels and 1 Bravo pack.

Reactions from the Community

The announcement of the R6 Membership has received mixed reactions. During the Blast R6 Major Manchester 2024 esports event, an announcement video for the membership was played, leading to widespread boos from the audience. Despite this initial reaction, Ubisoft is optimistic that the membership will be a success, as similar subscription services have been introduced in other popular live service games.

Players can sign up for the R6 Membership starting June 11, coinciding with the launch of Y9S2.
