Razer Announces Tenkeyless Version of Chroma V2 Keyboard

Razer is introducing a compact version of it Blackwidow Chroma V2 gaming keyboard without a numpad. This new tenkeyless design saves desk space and is more portable than its full-size sibling.
Since it carries the Chroma name, the new tenkeyless Blackwidow mechanical keyboard is fully RGB LED backlit. Furthermore, it allows users to choose from up to 16.8 million color options and pre-load lighting behaviour effects. It also lends itself to further user customization and convenient management through Razer Synapse.
Gaming Credentials
As a gaming keyboard, it provides 10 key roll-over via USB. Its keys are also fully programmable with on-the-fly macro recording and operates at 1000Hz. The USB cable is also detachable making it conveniently portable for LAN parties or tournaments.
Mechanical Switch Options
Razer has their own set of mechanical switches which are clones of Cherry MX switches. They offer it in Green (tactile and clicky), Orange (tactile and silent) and Yellow (linear and silent). Unlike their Cherry MX equivalent, these have differing actuation force, reset points, and travel distance, made to Razer’s specifications. These mechanical switches claim an 80 million keystroke lifespan.
