Razer has introduced their new Ornata V3 Tenkeyless Hybrid Switch gaming keyboard with Razer Mecha-Membrane switches.
The Razer Ornata V3 is a low-profile keyboard which is armed with Razer Mecha-Membrane switches for clicky, cushioned keystrokes. The keyboard offers a low-profile ergonomic experience whilst also boasting Razer Chroma RGB.
The key feature of this keyboard is its low profile form thanks to its slimmer keycaps and shorter switches. Low profile keys allow for a more natural hand position in turn making the keyboard more comfortable to use over long periods of time. All keycaps are also UV coated to ensure that they resist the wear and tear of frequent use.
Under these keycaps are Razer’s Mecha-Membrane switches which provide a near-mechanical feel without the cost of a fully mechanical keyboard. Each switch provides clicky keystrokes with a soft cushioned touch fusing the snappy, clicky feedback from a mechanical switch with the familiar feel of a conventional membrane keyboard.
Further extending ergonomics and support is the included soft-touch wrist rest. This is designed to seamlessly snap to the keyboard through the use of magnets and provides ample comfort and support for your wrist over long gaming sessions.
This keyboard also features several media keys allowing you to control your music and videos with a simple click. These keys allow you to pause, play, skip and adjust everything from brightness to volume with convenience. These media keys like the other keys on the board are backlit with customizable Razer CHROMA RGB lighting with 16.8 million colour zones.
The Razer Ornata V3 TKL low-profile TKL ergonomic gaming keyboard is available for pre-order at the Razer store for an MSRP of $69.99.
