Razer has today launched its newest Nommo V2 line of PC gaming speakers with three available models.
The new Nommo V2 speakers have been designed on the three pillars of performance, immersion and connectivity. The flagship Razer Nommo V2 Pro provides a fully loaded, full-range speaker and wireless subwoofer combo which has been amplified by THX Spatial Audio. It wouldn’t be Razer without some RGB and these speakers have been complemented with rear-projection Razer Chroma RGB lighting for added flair. These speakers offer a minimalistic setup with powerful and immersive audio.
The Nommo V2 Pro is the flagship of the series sporting 3″ full-range drivers with aluminium phase plugs which offer natural, crystal-clear acoustics. The V2 Pro is the first PC gaming speaker system to feature a wireless down-firing subwoofer providing deep, room-thumping bass with clutter-free connectivity. An additional feature of the V2 Pro is the included Razer Wireless Control pod which can be connected via Bluetooth for convenient control of your speakers. The rotatable, clickable dial and source button offer easy navigation and intuitive control for volume, play/pause, EQ and more plus it features an up to 8-month-long battery life so charging won’t be a concern.
Also available is the Nommo V2 and the Nommo V2X both equipped with the same 3″ full-range drivers and THX audio as the Pro however the V2 is instead armed with a WIRED subwoofer as opposed to the wireless option of the Pro. The V2X on the other hand instead of a standalone subwoofer, features rear-facing bass ports built into the speakers themselves for a more compact unit. The V2 and V2X do not come with the Wireless Control Pod but users can purchase the pod as a standalone item from August 2023.
The Nommo V2 series is available from June 2023 at the following MSRP with the standalone Wireless Control Pod available from August 2023, for more information visit Razer.com.
